blockage?

Been doing the exercises in the Energy Work book. Felling energy move strongly, in the form of heat sensation, in feet and legs up to the upper thigh, then it gets tough. When I try to get energy to move up and down torso I can feel it faintly in lower back, a little between shoulder blades, then the neck. Some success with brow wrapping and brow bounce. I can't seem to get it moving in the hands and arm. Brushing the hands, the closed circuit, next to nothing. Is this a blockage, is their something else I can try?

Try stirring the palms of your hands first, and then doing the brushing in your fingertips, and see if you get a response. It's ok if you don't get much with the circuit, it's not as intense as hands work.
My big 'feelers' have always been the feet and hands (in that order) but not much with the torso.
