Now I understand one of my dreams I had for several years ago.....in the dream I was hiding for someone who threatened me, I was in deep forest and I found a cliff with much earth on the cliff walls and I did pusch my self into the earth on the cliff wall and did escape the threat ...and this I now understand it is on several levels...I have not thought about this dream until now....wow....thank you...I need to ground myself more than I do today....I deffenetely will start to be in forest more.
