Energy Work

Hello Robert. Are there other methods of energy work that require a certain trance like state? Possibly even more effective than the ones in the Energy work section? I am ready to go further into the practices so that I may use this energy for the kundalini raise or astral projection.

Body Awareness energy work does not require an altered state, but the chakras respond better if you are in an altered state while doing energy work.

Everything you need to know is in my book, Energy Work.

However, for kundalini, you will also need to increase the robustness of your altered states, so you can stand, walk, and even induce an altered state 'while' walking'.

You will also need to go into 'long session work' extending your meditations beyond 90 minutes.

There are some particular considerations and knowledge needed for an actual kundalini raising attempt, and these are given in my new program, Raising Kundalini. I'll also produce a book, soon, on this. The actual energy work techniques needed are all body awareness methods.
