Higher Self question & eyesight

Hi Robert,

I wanted to ask if you've ever seen your Higher Self from the inside or outside? How does it look like, is it a sphere of condensed electrical energy like I think it is, or is it something else?

Also I'm trying to heal my bad eye sight with affirmations, would you suggest that I should wear my glasses/contacts while I say the affirmations or take them off. Should I close my eyes or open them. I was also thinking I should say them in front of a mirror as that may help reinforce them. I would appreciate any suggestions on this, as my eyesight is getting progressively worse, and I worry I will lose it.
Currently my affirmations are "I can see clearly" and "I have a perfect vision".

Make good use of spare time during the day, driving time, waiting time, for extra affirmations.

Phrase some that reflect what you could do if you had perfect eyesight...as if you could already do it now.

If you want to see your own higher self, just look into a mirror. It is you, and your physical body is the most visible part of it
