Hey Community,
since I work with the NEW - System I learned a lot very fast.
First a short story. Some time ago I started to sense things with my hands(mostly my left hand). The first time i can remember was when i hold a drug in my left hand and my hand started pulsing with cold energy very fast and i felt strange.
Many other times when i hold a stone, mala or something with energy inside i had the same feeling.
Now since I practise the NEW - System i feel the same when I work on my hands and feet and head. I think its a good sign. My energy centers (at the moment mostly second) respond very fast so i guess they are mostly already active and clean. (the NEW - System is quite similar to Vipassana for me. In Vipassana you just observe every point of your body until you get a sensation. So you do the same just in a longer process and not so active as in NEW, but you get the same result in the early stages of NEW later NEW is stronger cause its opens also your main energy centers.
In the last days I got my torch lighting on my hand and directly i felt my energy center activating and working. I tryed it on my hole body and i felt that all my body is reacting to that light as if i would use my awareness to start the energy flow. It was a interesting test.
Now i just wanted to ask if you also have the same expirience? And with what else i could experiment?
