I have been trying to astral project for few times now. This is what I do: I listen to binaural beats and do the rope technique. I do feel like the chakras are opening then I feel dizzy and I cannot continue. Is this normal?
How many minutes should I try the rope technique for each day? and how long would it take normally before one have an OBE?
