Day 4 Finally Clearing blockages

Finally got my whole left arm working now to work on my right it has some major blockages in it for some reason. Just proud I finally got that blockage out of the way :D :D :D :D

i had the same problem but with my legs my arms were activated first try but my legs took a couple of weeks to get the sponging to go from all the way from the toes to the hip. complettly oppisite to your situation. now ive got my legs and arms to activate well and my spine is getting thier but I hae trouble doing the bounce because i seem to miss limbs :(
