View Full Version : Question on my projection please

Saturday morning I projected up into a dark place, asked for focus and saw I was in space dark sky with lots of small stars. I flew around saw nothing for awhile and then I saw something similar to a large tree with huge bare branches. On one of the branches was a large white circular disk with people sitting on highback chairs in a semi circle.
I was excited to see people but was flying too fast, so I tried to imagine flying slower but I was unable to get to the disk. Instead I found myself in a white spiral staircase which went up and up until I realised I was not going to get to the white disk.
I came out in a real time zone by a row of shops, so I looked at my hands, they were not really my hands they looked shorter and a bit squashed, but they did not melt away? I then flew up again into deep dark space and when I asked for focus I saw a collection of dark pirate ships which was eerie. I went back to body.
Question, I often find myself in space and I find it hard to meet anyone there, ie: my spirit guide or HS. I make this my intention when I realise I am starting to project. Any tips ? As I would have loved to have got to the white disk and had the chance to observe and talk to whomever was there.

I tried to reply with a tablet, but it didn't want to go through. So here I go again:
I think you were in the astral, so take what you see as symbolic.
I think the disk was your soul group, and when you tried to approach the scene shifted to what it means. That your soul group exists but as part of you (or your Higher Self) while you're incarnated you get to interact in a very 'indirect' way. You're in a way 'there' but not able to access all of it consciously from 'down here', hence the staircase.
I don't think the shops were the rtz- shops are an archetypal unconscious collective structure.

Okay so that makes sense. But I read others that go into different dimesions and speak with their spirit guides. Am I in the wrong place? Or have much more to learn and progress to?

I am so impatient :banghead:
Read some of MAP today and I have worked out that I am in astral as I do not have enough energy 1. To stay in RTZ and 2. Can't go into realms, just stay in the planes. I will get there but until then I may drive you a bit mad CF x

Does anyone know why when I roll out of my body I am in a strange room not my own. Saturday morning seems to be my flying day regardless of whether my husband goes tai chi or not. His hand was resting on my arm but I was still able to roll out, I no longer vibrate and I start with visions moving and still, the radio is playing and then I either roll or I test myself by putting my arm up. I roll off the bed and ask for clarity and see a maroon carpet with white dots and lace on the bed. My house has no carpet.
So where am I ?
I kept going in and out due to hubby so he eventually got up and I continued. I found different rooms where I put on some beige stone earrings and a silver ring checked my face in the mirror, and wondered if i was stealing. The most I interesting part was I found myself outside somewhere unfamiliar and saw a middle aged coloured man sitting outside a cafe.
I went over and sat down next to him, I asked him his name and I thought he said Oliver, when I said it back to him he laughed as if I had got it wrong. He looked tired so I asked him if he was dreaming and he said I am very tired. So I got up and let him be. Each time I went back to my body I started sponging and then out I popped again. I find the actual experience of leaving the body the most enjoyable feeling. But would have loved to have seen my husband or been able to walk around outside.
Is it possible to project out of the body into lucid dreaming. That's the only explanation I can come up with.
Roll on next Saturday

You're more than likely going to the astral plane, but it's also possible that you are going further out in the real time zone. It's a little like remote viewing. I used to do this all the time. I would imagine the man you saw is some sort of a guide.

Thanks CF,
I can't believe I could have met with a guide and did not ask anything important. I don't really understand this RTZ I will go back to MAP and see what I can find. Do you know why I am going further into RTZ and how do I achieve rolling out into my own house?

I think it's a matter of development- the RTZ is the first place you go to when you learn to project (for most people) but once they've been in it a few times, they evolve into going 'farther out'. There is a tendency to, when you go out in the astral, to keep going there- it's a habit of the subconscious for various reasons- and I personally have not figured out a way to insure that I go out into my rtz area.
What I have found is that if I RV (instead of exiting) I tend to see my whereabouts, and if I have an OBE I don't stay around much, if at all. Also, if you get out of your room (again, prob. a subconscious thing) 'portals' like doors and windows, & mirrors may shift you to the astral.
I suppose since this is prob. an 'evolution' thing, you should maybe try using affirmations to try to convince your subby to let you stay around longer- but I'd just not fight it and go along, it may be a HS thing, getting you to progress whether you want to or not.
It's hard to say.

I can't believe I've recommended this article to two people on the same day. Must be synchronicity or something.

Any new object in the real world is assimilated into the astral dimension over a period of time.
Not so. Just the reverse, any object precipitates from the astral. That is it's genesis, in the astral, and why we can change our world with thought. Think it and it becomes. It isn't there but what it's been thought.
Basic, very basic understanding.

All that we can perceive and all that escapes our perception exists first in the astral. Once we recognize it, it then becomes material - of our world of perception and cognition. Things flow from the nursery of the astral into the material.
This is something I know to be true, even if it's only my opinion.

Another question....... This morning I AP I had a huge flash of white, a helicopter sound and was lifted out of my body in the position it was in, i went straight up and I could see nothing, I asked for focus, awareness clarity nothing.
There was this man on my back, he had a hand which I felt, I tried to get him off, I felt his neck he had short hair and as I squeezed his neck it was like rubber and I felt my hand. He had his legs wrapped round me. I presume it was a he. I was worried about having my energy sucked so I thought of my body and went back.
Why am I attracting the suckers? Also what can I do to prevent this, I did my sponging before I flew as I knew I was in a food place to AP but I did not have the strength to fight it off.

I've had several strobe like events, but one that was quite powerful, bordering on painful. I haven't read Roberts PSD yet, so I can't offer much help here. I'm exploring the LBRP, from a psychological standpoint the idea of having a clear space may help. I tend to just get mad and come out swing when nasty characters are about, although I have had a few encounters where I just had no way of putting up a fight(I tend to leg it in these situations:tongue:).

Thanks B,
I too can come out swinging and fighting but I read a bit of MAP and it's my chronic fatigue and not enough energy work. The feeling of a person on my back was no fear nor sexual. It's possible that had I had had enough energy to see, I might have seen it was a guide perhaps taking me somewhere. But because I am so blind I won't take the chance.
On further reflection this being was benign and I may have missed an extraordinary experience. I am now brushing sponging and body bouncing as much as I can to try get my vision up to speed. (it could still be a sucker though)

Interesting about the energy shortage, something I should look into for my own AP problems, thankyou.

I wanted to mention that Monroe had a similar (hitchhiker) and later on found that it was his own physical body. The feedback was causing him to split his perception a little 'off' and he realized what it was when he started moving his arms and found that the hitchhiker was moving the arms as he was- because it was himself.
FWTW.

CFT I can't help laugh at this, it must have been a novel experience, although a relief to be sure.
I have had partial exits where I could feel physical as well as real time limbs, but thankfully never interpreted it as an attack .

I think I am actually getting it now. I had three AP over the weekend, the first I think was a dream to be honest but the second tow I was in the RTZ which is an event for me. I seem to be gently floating out of my body now, and have started to get that we're i am going has revelance to me, my higher self and my spiritual progress. Silly me I have just been enjoying the ride and not actually thinking about what it means to me.
I went into a room where there were a few men, I felt fine but it looked liked the 70's with haircuts and electric guitars. It felt like my old relaxed company and one of the guys said I am going to have a cigarette and I thought hmmm I was so tempted, then thinking maybe a spiff. So I said I wanted to go back to the bed were I was just being massaged and boom back in body.
NextI went flying off all over London I flew into a nursery and one little girl asked if she could play her toy flute for me but I flew off. Just then I realised how selfish I was so I went back and asked her to play but she had put it down somewhere, so we agreed to do it later. I flew round had a cheeky old man look up my skirt which made me laugh. Saw a big fire of black smoke so kept away from that. I also has a companion who kept changing I remember feeling comfortable them.
So on reflection and anyone can jump in.......I think I don't want to go back to my past behaviour and that was the first projection. The second shows me I am still a little girl on my spiritual path, that I need to slow down and engage more with the people that I meet, rather than fly around aimlessly thirsty for visuals. (perhaps I am being selfish full stop about something ) I kept away from the fire, so I can look after myself, and I am no longer afraid of the passenger that seems completely friendly and benign that I have been fighting off me for months. Maybe I am becoming more at ease with myself in the astral world.
I feel like I have direction and a quest. So apart from my reality pain. I am very happy that my eyes are now actually wide open.

I think it's very cool that you're able to look past the sights and sounds and actually try to find a deeper motivation behind the trip. Glad you had some good outings this weekend. Keep us posted.

I can't remember the term CFT put to it, but these experiences remind me that I don't do that! My experiences are something like more cerebral. It's rarer than hen's teeth (even more so since I've aged) that I have physical sensations, that I'm on the border between physical body and exit.
In a way I'm glad. The border-line stuff (e.g. paralysis) is not so much fun; yet, I still long for an extended RTZ Obe. :sigh: :)

It's all good:thumbsup:. I have had a serious dry spell (last few months). All mine are generally RTZ. But I always try to keep from going to of the wall, not always successfully. I just get up and walk across the room, venture outside, (maybe have a fly around, keeping my house in sight). Mostly I just try to pay as close attention to my surrounding as possible. Still things do get a little bent out of shape (enjoy that as well though).

How much I would enjoy that! Only briefly have I been RTZ, and what an eye-opener
