How to work with the 3 stones?

I don't technically work with stones per se, but I do an exercise in one of the steps of IIH that works with each, by filling them with the elements that they correspond to.

I can post the text here (I usually copy&paste chunks of information in a document):

Deep Cleansing followed by Raising Energy
Draw energy down the body from the highest point swirling it through each stone and then flood the body with energy drawing it upwards and back to the crown where you will dwell to SEE .

Energy enters from the crown , the perineum and the heart . This energy fills the body from three channels . Eventually the back of the heart opens allowing a four channel flow . No centre is meant to be unopened . All centres open and develop with flow .

Robert Bruce calls these energy storage centres in his book Energy Work and he describes the principle three on the body.

Taoists call the wicks or channels that move through these spheroid energy storage centres; tan tiens.
Alchemists call the energy storage centres; stones.

I choose to use that alchemist term stones to distinguish the chakras from them.
Basically the Tree of Life has
7 grapefruit sized spheroid subtle energy centres on the spinal column
4 belly or head sized large energy storage centres
There are two chakras vertically stacked in the centre of each energy storage centre or stone

The treasure of each stone is an energy of reciprocal colour and reciprocal elemental nature . The Treasure and the Wick it builds up in the centre of the stone /energy storage centre is called a Tan Tien or Dan Tien;

The Wick is not named I call it Xie for Gratitude it is ruby red Xie for manifestation

Head Blue MoonStone Water.
The Wick is called Upper Female Tan Tien and its treasure is golden fire Shen for Clairvoyance

Chest Yellow SunStone Fire.
The Wick is called the Middle Tan Tien and its treasure is sapphire blue Chi for Energy Flow & Healing

Belly Red EarthStone Earth
The Wick is called the Lower Tan Tien and its treasure is emerald green Ching for lift in OBE and for power in Martial Arts
