Auras

Hello :) I was doing the exercise in Evolution to see auras, and I'm a bit confused. If I stare unfocused directly at something (for example, a red card I taped to my wall) I will see an outline of color (in the case of the red card, a green outline) Is this the aura? Thanks for reading, you're a saint :)

Yes. Its best to start by gazing unfocused to the side of the object or person being viewed. But with a little practice, you can gaze unfocused directly at a person or object and, so long as you keep your eyes unfocused, the aura will appear.
