In your opinion, theoretically is it possible through personally grounded or sleeping earthed , a person
gain release from possession?

Yes. I have worked with a lot of people and often, electrical earthing grounding alone will do the trick and evict a possessing entity.

In my case, when it happened to me, I slept grounded (in the dirt) and was also sleeping on top of an underground stream. So the grounding plus the EMF fields I was exposed to worked together to evict the neg (a demon in my case).

Sleeping electrically earthed (you can buy special bedsheets and mouse pads and foot pads) drains negative energy from you and is therefore also very protective from neg and psychic attacks.
