When doing energy work in trance state, I have seen millisecond "visions".

I also experienced the third eye strobe (accelerated throbbing sensation) and brief vision screen.

However both of these require extensive work.

How come some people seem to be clairvoyant without much work at all?

What kind of minimum altered is state required for vision stream?

And whats the difference between a vision stream inside the vision screen versus outside the vision screen?

A light altered state, like daydreaming, is all that is required.

A person with stronger (natural or trained) brow chakra development may not need any relaxation.

The exterior Vision Screen requires a lot more energy and a full altered state of consciousness...Theta or deeper.

The vision screen phenomena is 'energy dependent' and the screen will only exist while there is enough energy to power it. So, energy work can be used to build this...and the side effect of doing this is that the natural level of clairvoyance will also improve.

Affirmations are a great help for developing this ability, and commands for controlling its focus.

Whenever you have a vision of any kind, say 'I am clairvoyant. I see energy, I love to see energy. I have visions. I love my visions. etc... This helps a great deal.

The vision stream just means a flow of visions...with images and scenes appearing a few seconds or less apart.

The vision screen is an amazing phenomena where you see an oval mirror appear before your face (with eyes open or closed in a dim room). Visions appear on the surface of this mirror.
