Anyone experiencing energy changes?

For several days now I have been feeling kind of strange. When I sat down after work and focused on it, I realized that I was feeling intense energy movements throughout my chest. The muscles around my ribcage were feeling very sore also. I am feeling very energetic today, but otherwise normal. Maybe its just me?

Maybe. I was having a 'bad energy' feeling last week, lots of it but not good, and I counteracted it by listening to uplifting spiritual youtube videos. Since the bad feeling had nothing to do with my everyday life, I surmised it had to do with the 'collective consciousness', so I fought fire with fire, and put out as many good vibes as I could, once I was able to turn it around in myself.

Not here in Sweden (for me at least). On the contrary my energy sensations have picked up this week, I mean in a good way.
