Stopping astral projectors and remote viewers

Can you please tell how to stop someone from astral projecting and/or remote viewing into one's mind and home and possibly/probably everywhere one goes.

I'm not sure if this can be done or not.

There are crystals that inhibit astral projection...but I am no expert on crystals...so some googling would help there.

It would be horrendously draining and time consuming for one person to 'watch' another person in these ways. Remote viewing is mainly text based and is not like someone can watch you in real time, like they have a little TV in their head. An RV'er gets impressions, images, writes them down. There is rarely any direct visual imagery.
