How to astral project, i am stuck

Hello, i am really interested in astral projection, i have been trying for a while and been watching videos and reading instructions, but nothing is working for me, i dont know if i'm relaxing enough and I don't know how if I am not, people have asked for step by step guides, but theyre are like categories and aren't explaining how to do things like moving with your mind and not physically, a step-by-step guide would really do great, and I am a beginner as you can see, also, how long does it take to master ( like from the first day). I am 13.

Hi Luke. A step by step guide is what Mastering Astral Projection by Robert Bruce and Brian Mercer is, available in book form or CD form.
