My question:
1. I cannot control my strong sexual urge,i masterbate frequently. Can i control my this urge totally (Like Yogis) by energy work? or any other addition in this exercise which will control it ?
2. When i over do spiritual chant (Which my Guru has told me to purify me), i get depressed and i get extreme urge for sex. How to rectify it ?
