Yes and No. Too much sexual activity can be distracting and draining. But too little can be very distracting and tension causing.

You need to be deeply relaxed mentally and physically to have conscious exit OBE.

Sexual frustration will also tend to color dreams and OBE's with a sexual theme, which does not allow the beauty of OBE and spiritual exploration to be experienced.

I tend to believe that lack of sexual balance is a major societal problem in general. If you masturbate *too much* it can create all kinds of imbalances in your experience (not only in projection). When you masturbate, you are releasing your own sexual needs on your own - This is OK, BUT if you wish to draw actual sexual experiences (i.e. with other people) into your life, you should probably cut back on your masturbation - when the Infinite sees that you are in need, it will always provide those experiences for you.

Put another way, when you stop masturbating for awhile, you are building up your energy for a fulfilling physical sexual experience, which *will* manifest if you truly desire it.
