Robert, what are we made of? As far as the physical body

Are we beings of light? What is your view on this? I was just thinking of colors and stuff today. I am practicing seeing auras and it seems everything comes from light, here at least.

What makes up our physical (vehicles)? Besides water... and the elements and the COUNTLESS subtle particles that I have a very hard time understanding.
