View Full Version : Relation between negative masturbation and anger projected at me

I have been reading a lot about masturbation, but unfortunatley there is always a lot of contradicting information, i never tought it was so hard to find reliable information about this. (by the way i will only explain what i mean by negative masturbation, in PM)
I would really like to be able to talk by PM someone here that understands more or less about this matter and the relation to energy/methaphysics, because the problem i have is that i seem almost like a "magnet" of misunderstoodings with other people, maybe it's because of the literal thinking i have since i suspect i am asperger, but ever since i had this job in 2007 it's becoming too much, i am being bombarded by tons of anger and negativity at my job in a daily basis, i am starting to suspect that it's possible that the type of tv media i watch (for example, wrestling, animes based on fighting like dragon ball z) or videogames like to i play (first person shooters, survival horror) but the problem here is the unsual sexual desires i have MIGHT be responsible for the unsual amount of situations of angry people with me (SPECIALLY with the case of my current boss since 2007), and i can't do anything to get rid of these desires or even the tv media and videogames (it's obssessive compulsive desire, even tough it's mostly the sexual desire, the tv media and video games not so much), supressing them definetly is a bad idea, and not "feeding" them isn't a solution either, they just stay dormant for a while, i don't know what to do anymore to stop liking these things and to stop attracting so much anger to me by the law of attraction. Yes because most of these things i WANT to stop liking i just don't know how!
Unfortunately i can't give more details about the sexual desires for obvious reasons, this is why i need someone to PM me so that i can give more details i NEED to know once and for all if what i am doing is indeed attracting lots of negative energys to me or not.

Thanks for the reply :)
Don't give too much attention or focus to your sexual habits.
Actually that's what i have been doing lately, i remember that before i payed more attention to the sexual habits. BUT there is the problem, still if i dont' masturbate, there comes wet dreams which of course i have no control.. Even tough sometimes they don't come, but there is yet another problem, "ignoring" the sexual desire and not ever feeding it won't create problems? I mean, sexual desire IS a natural body funcion, i doubt it will be healthy to completly ignore/disregard it. So what should i do?
Instead, channel a large amount of focus and energy on ridding yourself of these entities.
Hum... well... can you give a example of a exercice to do? Because said like this is a bit "abstract" to me that part of channeling focus and energy on a "action" doesn't make sense, i only know how to do that on a visualized thing... (remember i interpret things literally sometimes :D ).
Eliminating your use of media and video games will greatly assist this.
Yeah i tought about that, but i spent literally several YEARS enjoying those things, they almost always been obssessions, things like this aren't overcome that easily (specially if i had a obssessive compulsive behavior all my life about just anything i like), because i have not yet reached the stage of wanting to get rid of them, and without that happening it's a HUGE sacrifice, besides even if i want to stop liking them, that's not enought, because they're obssesions after all, to try to get rid of them immediatly is near to impossible... Sure you might say that's just negative thinking, but if there is a way please tell me. I already tried to slowly stop watching them, but that still didn't worked, the longer i didn't paid attention to them, the sooner the the obssession starts "pressuring" me to get back to them and more and more frequently they pop in my mind, and believe me there's no way i can resist this, besides even if i do, will it ever stop? I am not sure if this is the way to overcome obssessions.
Have any specific advice on that?

Hi Cesm.
I tried to stay away from this theme because I know you are very specifically minded, and the theme lends itself to misunderstanding.
First of all, I disagree with the person that said that masturbating to someone specifically will send them 'attacks'- I think this is a mistaken idea coming from the practice of tantra (magic), because focusing sexual energy creates results, because it is so powerful, and is the basis for sex magic. But I think that this lends itself to extrapolation, and I'm going to try to make it less confusing, if I can.
If you masturbate with someone in mind you are directing energy at them, yes; but it is not necessarily negative energy unless you are fantasizing violent or humiliating images towards them.
Sex magic can be healing, because intent is important, and the sexual release itself is not harmful, it's just another way to manipulate energy and if your thoughts are sexual it doesn't mean they're harmful- they can be quite positive if you decide to refocus on how you're doing it.
The self-loathing engendered by the guilty mindset is what can cause negative entities to become attracted to you, and this is unfortunately created by well meaning spiritual people who are simply projecting their own cultural prejudices on others.
I won't say anything specific about pornography per se, because I think it goes beyond what this forum is for. But if you are obsessed with it, instead of feeling guilty about it, try to get the most victim-free pornography you can get, or do some research about sacred sex practices.

When I took japanese karate (a long time ago, in a galaxy not so far away) the horse stance we did was not that drastic. The whole idea was to find your balance point and work from there.
I think a lot of styles lose the point of it, and turn it into a "quien es mas macho" type of thing.

I'm going to add one more thing here in hopes it's taken in the right spirit. First, no amount of mustering self-will, discipline, or sheer determination will ever produce anything other than than just that--sheer discipline. And while discipline has its place, it's powerless to bring about true healing. In the gospels, the apostle Paul sums up such fruitless efforts very eloquently. I'll need to find the scripture. While I'm not a Christian in the strict sense, Paul and Jesus and Buddha, etc. have all nailed this one on the head: the broken "you" can't fix itself through force...
When you're locked in a habit, you're its slave, so to speak, and slaves rarely posses the means to bring about their own freedom, at least not in obvious ways. Breaking habits for life is, in my opinion, a very counterintuitive process. Step back from the whole mess for a moment and look around.
Removing what we call obscurations to your true nature is more helpful. Let me explain...
First, a truly free, clean, and loving "you" exists beneath the layers of anything you find hurtful that you're directing toward others. That's critical. Your true self and essence are already perfect, but you must uncover this being.
When the force and energy involved in "lusting" or whatever term we like, are coupled with actions (masturbation) we will, in fact, reinforce the patterns and habits we don't want within us. So we must walk out a different door than the one way came through. How? This means we spend time meditating and focusing loving intent and will toward all people, especially the objects of our internal, selfish desires. For example, spend time focusing on the dignity and absolute value encased in the object of your lusts. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. It's very helpful to speak out loud the very end state we want to see come to pass:
"May you (object of lust, pornographic image, etc.) find worth and value in your true nature."
"May you be free of the need or desire to offer your body for money."
"May you find happiness and liberation from suffering."
Then focus on yourself and speak your intent, whether you feel it or not:
"May I be free of all desires that hurt, hinder, or devalue others."
You get the idea. In time, what you intend, speak, and meditate on will come to pass very naturally, and without extreme effort. But you must quiet yourself internally, and I'll suggest this is the one act of discipline necessary. Once you've settled your mind and directed your intent, the healing DOES and WILL come all on its own. Why? Because in this state you're hooking directly to your higher self, and The Source (God, whatever term you prefer), and once there, all sorts of wonderful things take place within and around you.
It's not a struggle. Freedom comes on its own.

I can't tell you how much I agree with this.
Especially:
"First, a truly free, clean, and loving "you" exists beneath the layers of anything you find hurtful that you're directing toward others. That's critical. Your true self and essence are already perfect, but you must uncover this being.

"
This is essential for you to take on as your core belief, and some of the other stuff will fall away naturally, if slowly.

In taoist yoga it is advised to direct the orgasm energy somewhere (the mother earth, your balcony's plants...). I've experienced a bit with that (LOL) and I usually focus on my chakras in order to check if there's some difference after that. Redirecting it to the brow chakra doesn't feel specially strongly, but after a while the web feeling on the face just gets incredibly intense.

Cesm, I've read these posts and agree with most of them, but you must be asking, "why?" Eternal life is the answer. If you do whatever it takes to purify yourself on every level, cut all the cords, destroy all the strongholds, evict all the negs and demons, heal all your chakras regularly, study the holy scriptures of the world, achieve Christ consciousness and whatever God shows you that you need to do, you will become immortal. "Verily, verily I say unto you, if a man keep my saying he shall never see death." - John 8:51 The thing I really want to say, however, is that immortals of every path in times past have been forced to remain celibate to live. That limitation is now obsolete. The Son of Man is Lord also of the physical. You can be immortal, have a carnal relationship, and enjoy holy ecstasy in perfect physical union with another person, entirely free of guilt, negativity, or harm, forever, and so can anyone else. Welcome to Satya Yuga. Om Tat Sat

I believe sexual energy is just as important as other energy despite how even buddhists call it 'bad'. Its a natural part of all living things, so to deny sex does a disservice to yourself and life. Its one of the reasons Im very interested in how sexuality can be involved in metaphysics.
I understand though thanks to CFT, children visit this forum and generally I've had a hard time in the past censoring myself for children but im being careful here, I wish there was a good place for ADULTS to discuss these aspects of metaphysics, free from this responsibility to the impressionable young folk.

You can express yourself here, as I can't imagine why it would be necessary for graphic description that may be beside the point. After all, the theme is still here and no one has had to censor it yet.
