Kundalini vs. other energy types.

The general opinion shared by most in the energy art communtiy is that the power of Kundalini can be immensely powerful if used right.

But how does it compare to other energies like "Jing" or "Shen", etc?
For those who have raised Kundalini, would you say it is the most intense?

Jing isnt an energy its translation is actually "the oponents experience of the energy we manifest" so really its more an effect of what happens when certain Martial Art masters use their energy to enhance the power.of a punch or somthing

I feel that it is the propitious use of kundalini that allows the magician to fully use ching , chi and shen . The kundalini further opens the tan tiens to allow these differentiated energies to become manifest and to develop in complexity and nature . It is like the cobra enters these sleepy chambers and causes them to become activated and to fully engage . I think the kundalini is the flame to each of these candles which have no light without it .
