Astral Travel and the past

Hi Robert

Is it possible to Astral travel into the past, to witness any event at any time? Not necessarily a major past world event though. If so would it be possible for the people there - if they are conscious enough - to feel your presence around them?

Yes, this is possible and I have done this many times.

I have also done this to my past self.

At one time, my past self, my present self, and my future self, all met in one room at the same time. Mind blowing. Life is not as simple as we think it is. I do not pretend to understand it all. I follow my own advice 'keep smiling and pretend you know what you are doing'.
