I wasnted to take up iron body. iron shirt chi kung. I found this book online. it speaks of Mircoscopic orbit, I was wondering is mirco orbit the same as tactile image energy work? I haven't really looked into mirco orbit but I do want to take my energy work to the next level.

this book also says that mirco orbit is the prerequisit for iron shirt and tai chi after.

The microcosmic orbit is a QiGong technique, as is iron shirt.

There are some similarities with all these methods and my system of energy work.

If you learn Tactile Imaging first, which is more direct and easier to learn, you'll find Qi Gong much easier to do.
