I've posted a topic on the Ask Robert section. I have queried about Astral Spiders....yuck. But also about shaminism. Now this afternoon I had a wonderful dream about a Library which I have had before.

To attain this level of lucidity in dreamstate I did alot of loosening exercises based on a chinese martial art and I have in the back of mind questions asking about Chiron and Saturn aspects. Well after the excercise I had a bit of a snoooze and well dreamn't about a beautiful library asking questions about astrology books.

What I notice is if I stretch the leg muscles and lower back plus alot of pranyama it puts me in a state where I dream well, whether they be good or bad in nature. Please do not be frightened to answer the question in the 'Ask Robert' section.

The way it is set up now, if anyone posts in the "Ask Robert" section immediately after your question, there is a good chance Robert won't answer it. If he has already answered something, then it is fine to add posts. This is how he keeps up with which questions he's answered...he looks at the post right after the question, and if it is his, he knows he's answered it. Please see the anouncement by Spectral Dragon in Robert's forum. PM any moderator if you have questions.

Maybe if you welcome opinions and if people have them they can pm you, or you can post the same question on a public section of the forum- like this one!
