i am being psychically attacked daily , do i still have hope to astral project?

It depends on how you're attacked.
I don't know if you've read any old posts, but the reason I developed the ability to project at will was to stop the attacks I was suffering, and it worked for me. Once I learned control and more extensive metaphysical theory, I was able to meet the attacker and deal with 'it/him' face to face, and the attacks eventually stopped.
