For someone who has experienced epilepsy for over 25 years, with no evidence or any cellular brain abnormalities or neurological damage, is it possible that grand-mal seizures could ever be provoked by an astral influence?

Also, is it possible that medication, such as Epilim, which inhibits the activity of the neuro-transmitters in brain function, could inhibit the ability to consciously astral project?

Yes, I think this is possible.

I don't think OBE can be blocked, as it is a natural process that happens during sleep. If you can fall asleep peacefully, then you can get out of body.
