Not sure if this is the right place to post this. Last year I started MAP and got to week 13. I had a partial exit and through circumstances I have all but stopped practicing. I want to get back in the swing again but unsure of the best place to start. should I just start over on MAP? What would be the best route?

I would say reread the first three or four weeks, and if there is something you don't remember then start from there.

What I did 2 weeks ago was to start from week 1 and added practices I'v learned over the past year. I did'nt have the time for MAP the first time i tried and also needed more time to ponder alot of questions as well as read up on the whole subject of OBE's etc. I only got to week 5 but this time I'm going through the whole program.
If I were you I'd start from week one and add any pracitces you think will help. It might be good to keep the added practices on the same level as the other exercices in the week you are on. For instance if you do the most basic energy work perhaps you can add energy work on 2 hands/feet/legs etc. at the same time right from the start (if you feel comfortable with that offcource).
I would say that its important to stay with the program and not skip ahead, and to add practices to the program but be very carefull to skip any.
Cheers!
