And I got to wondering what your preferred technique of meditation is.
I'm wondering because recently I talked with a spirit guide communicator who told me "breath" is important for developing the abilities I would like. I interpreted that as meaning meditation. So I have been looking around at possible types of meditation I might use for this. What is the sort you use? Also it sounds like you do alot of meditating late at night, when I do this I often have trouble staying awake, any tricks to keep from falling asleep you know that work well?
Also the guide communicator said I also need to work on my core, i'm not sure what she meant by that, maybe you have some idea?
