Hi,

I am starting a thread for myself to record and note what particular music i am using and when as a means to 'hold a space' for myself.

I was told music with words has a 'big' programming effect on us and have found that to true in my own case.

ADDED NOTE: 14.03.14: Barbara Marciniak whilst 'chanelling' the Pleidians (P's) in Shrewbury UK. in Sept ? 1999 was asked a question by a member of the audience. he asked something about 'how could he use music to help humanity in the Best way?' & the P's said something like 'we would say it would be most beneficial without words, since words have a programming effect' (not sure whether there was more advice about the use of words with music or not, don't think ? i have that seminar on tape, but i should probably check) Barbara is one of my 'Hero - ess'es' & has always had a very strong influence within my life, even if i am mostly not appreciative of this. (Big Thanks Barbara :loveyou:....:-)8)..)

Pop music and their video's has been very impactful to me since 2006 and have played a huge part in my own awakening process too. Pop music has had a very strong supportive role for me aswell during 'processing / intense' times of 'holding a space' for me without which i wouldn't have coped.

It might be helpful to also list what areas i am 'processing' during or whilst listening to what songs

I'm using CD no. 2 of BIG TUNES x-rated at the moment to 'hold the space' for processing.

No. 20 the last song on the disc is a particular favourite of mine ~ Electro stance - 'Crazy'

Crazy was a number one chart hit in the UK in spring, summer of 2006...... as i 'HIT' my first experiences of 'being crazy!'.......

Well i have had this new CD player of mine for a least more than 6 months now, and have just this moment 'DISCOVERED' how the 'repeat a single song' function works......

It's a real nuisance being 'blocked' from thinking, working things out and functioning in 3D in general. And with no-one who can / will help, it's a REAL struggle at times too...

I have just been lookin at the first 2 pages of your Transcendental music diary Oliver, ......... interesting...... i hope to exlore it more sometime. So my idea is not a new one then, think i have come across your music diary before, but hadn't made the connection and i know i've commented on other threads occasionally about the effect music has on me.

Interesting signiture you have at the moment, the word 'Shine' brings to my mind the song 'Shine on' by James blunt

Not able to listen to songs off the internet at the moment, our connection is too slow, got problems with the phone that we are still waiting to get fixed...

Haven't got many Cd's now that aren't scratched and that work well enough to listen to, but, the last couple of days needed some music input to help ease / cope with the energy i've been in....

I had been listening with my earphones constantly to Tears for Fears and their song 'shout', for, must be well over 3 hrs now i would imagine.... and your song 'stopped me in my tracks'

Firstly it's title 'grapped my attention' - Endgame

Then when i heard the song..... it threw me into 'processing' deeply.... i never saw the video as i was busy writing my experiences and semi - crying...

The word patterns that came up for me were:

i'm sorry for being here (and my litttle dog zen came up to me again as i'm crying with relief, and just gave my right thigh a good rubbing with his back)

i heard some music playing in my head, recognised it as a 'PetShop Boy's song, but that's all i knew... i automatically without thought, felt into 'listening to this music' to see if i was meant to listen to it and 'no' it didn't feel 'good', i didn't feel it was what i wanted or needed at that time.

Then i suddenly had an AHA moment ... maybe i could get something out of this, if i tracked the music down and read it's title and then listened to the song's message...

maybe this was what i was meant to be receiving from this music memory of mine, that was now seemingly surfacing all by itself

Name of the song was quite impactful for me, very meaningful at this time too

Just listened to this, i found it haunting and alluring, seems to stir a deep sense of familiarity, feels like forgotten memories and lost connections, that i'm not altogether comfortable with at the moment........ it feels a little disturbing to me right now, though i'm not really sure why it does, just feels a little bit scary and unsettling..

i used to be 'into' this type of music when i first started out on my spiritual journey around 1995, this phase of music lasted for about 7 yrs. Then i pretty much had a phase where i didn't much listen to any music, then in 2006 pop music was thrust back into my life in a huge way...... similiar to how i remember experiencing music when i was a child of 10 yrs old.

Since 2006, i have used pop music in a very big way at times, it has been a 'god-send' on many an occassion

Now i'm assuming i have heard this playing somewhere recently, most probably off an advert on T.V., but i don't as yet remember this...

This last week, i have been in another 'high' processing space...

Been using Phil Colin's ~ Hits album

I first found and used this album back in spring 2008 processing phase, although i didn't end up in the psychiatric hospital that year, my dogs and I did spend a whole day 'locked-up' safely? in a police cell, dog kennel approx. 60 miles from our home.
And then i was put on medication, which i HAD to take to avoid being forced into hospital.

I had intended to enjoy a day out and visit a seaside, but began to feel physically so very ill, so pulled off the motorway and parked-up, and then became mentally muddled & confused and overwhelmed by the impact of info. coming into me from reality and i was then 'stuck!' and had to be rescued eventually by the police.

My daughter had his album bought for her as a present for her birthday in 2008, and she then introduced me to BassHunter and his music...

Been using this song on repeat this morning...... i am dealing with being 'SICK to my STOMACH' issues...

I carry most of my weight in my belly area, it's looks like i am 8 months pregnant...

When i am in a good 'high' processing phase i can connect with my belly area & emotionally release the stuff trapped in there, it comes out as a crying release. It feels so good to cry from there & also reduces the sickly, nauseaous feelings too.

I am 'sick to the stomach' of my life, and am presently 'trying' yet again to change my circumstances in a physical way....

Was not really knowing where to put my focus, or how i felt about it all, so i tried to put my attention on the images of the video, to get some understanding from these..... it began to make more sense to me then...

At 2.40 mins. into the song, when it showed us again the image of the 'little girl'...... i 'got it !'

That is it touched my :heart: & i felt a brief moment of :love: & appreciation....

the only connection i get is the words 'Miami Vice' i have checked out this before & the theme tune to Miami Vice is not 'IT'

Haven't been able to listen to music for quite sometime now, haven't even been using it when being out and about or for getting through bus journeys, so interesting progress, i guess...

Anyhow today felt i could listen, benefit and felt i needed to

i was looking at some portrait photos of some well known spiritual teaches, when i got some 'AHA's', for a moment i 'got it'
.... the 'it' being a sense of deep recognition of 'who they are'

~ Cool Beans ! ...and to accompany the 'aha's' the music linked above began playing in my 'head-space',,,

'I can see clearly now the rain has gone....'

Just been wearing my pinhole glasses for 5 mins. to help that 'seeing clearly' as i could feel my focus out and a heavy tension in my eyes, currently in a 'better-space' phase... BUT it usually makes me have more physical illness type symptoms... one of which is very painful headaches... which really 'kicked in' strongly this morning at 9 am...

Todays headache is in my forehead and associated strongly with the eye sockets & eye focus

Yesterday a bad headache came in for me & really 'sick' feeling in the stomach too, was up feeling so ill at 4 am, so went for a shower, the hot water running on my head & stomach often ease & clear the pain, when it becomes too much....

This occasion the shower really helped, felt so much better & relieved afterwards with the pain greatly diminished. Also within half an hour some really 'healing' energy came in & worked on me, to begin with the rotation of energy in head & stomach made the symptoms worse but slowly the energy lifted away the worst of the symptoms, this energy when it comes in is SOoooo relieving, it's overwhelms me at times it's so strong, makes me have so much gratitude, it also makes me feel tremendous safety, peace, contentment, 'rightness' & gives a sense of awareness & appreciation, plus at these times i can also 'think' which is really nice.... so been enjoying the benefits of this energy & the space it has held, though it seems to be wearing off slowly......

Hmmmm..... it always does..... 'sigh' i can never remain, or maintain this energy or space... guess it's because it's not mine & others (spirit) gives it to me, puts me into it...

Anyway i was just trying to 'feel it' the energy & the awareness & the connection & my mind gave me this song, which i then wanted to listen too, & yep, i can 'feel it' better with the music playing ~ Cool !

This reality can be SOoo fun & awesome at times xX:mrgreen: x

i liked the way Jem appeared to be in motion continuously, it reminded me of a very powerful meditation space i went into during my last intense /high energy phase.....i was in a constant forward motion and was moving / travelling.... i was completely awake or so i thought, as i had not slipped into unconsciousness at any point, when i decided i no longer wanted to travel and willed myself to stop, it felt like waking-up from being sleep, even though my mind had been awake through the whole experience (body asleep, mind awake perhaps ?)

............our dalmation dog just 'broke my heart' ......i broke-down overwhelmed, and had a short cry...

I was able to engage deeply with him, eye contact, body movement and talking to him and watching /'seeing' his responses.......

WE Communicated (again)

Unfortunately this 'space' still only occurs occasionally for me.
i did have this engagement, connection & communication with Tod my now deceased sheepdog-cross.... BUT it was totally automatic/unconscious...... I was myself at that time completely unaware of it 'all going on', least i was until the last few years of Tod's earth-life cycle, where in phases, i 'got-it'
Having this connection with the Dalmation just now, was like having Tod back again, but a bigger version...

Dogs are so awesum ..... if only we have the openess to 'see' it :heart:x

Hope our Dalmation can keep me 'awake' & 'seeing' this time around...

Approx. 5 yrs years before my old sheepdog passed-over, (and i knew his dog earth-life cycle was coming closer to it's end)...i would 'worry' so much, as i would cuddle him, my word pattern would be....

'you're going to go soon, what will i do without you ?'

At the time this was only experienced as background worry and mental understandings...... i really had 'no idea' of the Depth of Feelings behind this.......... i am learning this over the past few years, as the depth seems to go on forever & ever continuous....

....but maybe that's how it's supposed to be..

wow. I love my dogs too. sometimes they drive ya to derision. most of the time they lead you to a better you. we almost lost our ole zen dog, border collie, last year to heat stroke. we cried like babies, me and my wife. that fella would bust his heart to do his best for us, he's so personable and emotable. he broke my heart this past winter, we had the dogs in the garage and he was just too overwhelmed, and as I was scolding another dog, in his nevousness he bit me on the left hand, it was quick. the ole hillbilly in me wanted to end him right there on the spot, but the new me just walked off and let my wife difuse the situation. took me a solid week to get over that, and him too. but when we came back together, we were the better from it. forgiveness, ya know...

truth is, that i got this border collie during a time of great heart break and anguish, wasnt fair to him, but he kept me busy loving the puppy that he was, and he kept me from the terrible thoughts of wanting to destroy myself. i reckon that because that's who i was then, that he as a puppy was definately formed around that old me. unlike me, he seems kinda set in that old patterning. he reads my moods like yesterdays newspaper. I dont always like what he shows me in the moment, but he helps me reshift the best i can from whereever i've slipped to.

yeah, i guess that's how it's supposed to be.

As i was standing waiting for the bus to get to work, i was 'lost' to myself (my default mode), 'staring' wherever, when i heard the song

This song 'jolted' my attention back to myself & i then realised i was staring at a little bulldog-type dog some distance away.

So the act of my physical eyes looking at the dog triggered this connection to the dogs in the music video, despite 'me' being unpresent with what my physical eyes were focused on...

So hearing this song & now 'seeing' the little dog, 'lifted my spirits' some, so instead of listening to my usual binaural beats i use (from free binaural beats .com) (http://free-binaural-beats.com/) i decided i felt like listening to some of the pop songs i had instead.
Not having any feeling of preference i put the MP4 player to play 'all music' mode, the first song that came on i quite liked, so continued to listen

...as the lyrics said 'And ooh, i can fly, i can fly, i can fly' suddenly a flock of black jackdaws descended over & around us, flying & soaring with ease & grace...

It happens alot, this connectedness, the synchronicity with music & 3D physical interactions, i would imagine it goes on 'all of the time' & this would be a constant experience within all areas, aspects of life, if in that particular 'time-line' / energetic space / inner openess.

i do enjoy these reality synchronisities, they often have me in 'awe' appreciation & laughter...

Just woke after 3 hrs. proper, heavy 'blank' unconscious sleep, without nightmare terror feelings on trying to wake up, first normal sleep for many days (though i think i had 1 or 2 more of these normal 2 or 3 hrs sleep spells, memory not clear-ish, fuzzy at this point)

i found Bebe Lilly during the time in 2011 a few weeks before Tod's 'passing' i can remember getting relief from the excruiting head-pain i endured most of that night after our last visit to the Beach, by listneing to some of the Bebe Lilly songs.

There is a very big similarity to Lilly & a little girl who went to the nursery i worked at from 2003-2006.... and so Lilly was EXTRA impactful for me...... :heart::heart::heart: xX~:mrgreen:x

We appear to have our house spirit back, because i have been able 'at last' the last couple of days to make real, see-able, feel-able practicle changes in the tidying, organising & clearing of our Home.

.....this is in reference to equipment, technology etc. .... as usually when i am MOST desperate... it's these times that all the physical 3D stuff begins to STOP SUPPORTING me (eg. Break, refuse to work for periods of time)

This is not the same as the emotional 'BREAK' stuff...

7- 8/ 12/15: ADDED NOTES - Items i would rely on breaking again, just as i need them .....both old, both overlyused for many, many yrs (4 & more yrs) first my daughters hairdryer burnt out, i tried my old dying hairdryer a few hours later, it choked & then went out too. No hairdryers at the moment,i use the hairdryer to support me through my migraine pains & also use it to ease the constantness of stomach discomfort.

i do have a new fan heater that blows hot air, so been managing with this, NEW hairdryer ordered & also i have managed to make an on-line order for more Beta-blocker pills that i was prescriped for not coping with headache pain during Bi-polar 'high' phases,so that should be available in one more day ....... SO .... HELP is on the Way !

10/12/15 - 1pm ish - was able to take the first of the beta-blocker tabs. for this phase.

Also i had a much needed visit by my psychiatric nurse, which i had to organise a wk earlier than it was scheduled for.......without which i would not have had the capacity to move forward & make the progres that i later did. ~ 45mins. shared physical talking time space with another 'human' ~ Works Wonders '(heart') - - i Higly recommend it :angelic: ~~~

It was a successful walk & my daughter joined us (a rare occasion) it was only spoiled by the sight of a dead wild rabbit at the side of the pathway. it had a compound fracture of it's left hind leg, but otherwise seemed intact.....

Some days ago, I heard the above music / song playing from our T.V. it is sang by children's voices, my daughter was watching/listening to it at the time. i knew as soon as i heard it, i would not be able to 'get it out' of my head & i was right !

After some days of listening to one line of this song/music playing constantly in my head, i finally pestered my daughter to locate the song for me on youtube, since my eventual small efforts at finding it were futile.

This song has been my 'space-holding' song since, over the last 2 days.

i have been working with myself & my spirit guidance again to help myself move into a better space once more...

Decided i needed to work on my 'ability to feel' as this appears to be the opening point for everything else...

Good progress today, seems things have opened up already & i am currently appreciating all that this has to offer, whilst yet again simultaneously attempting to not become overwhelmed subtle energetically, physically or emotionally by this process...

Sleep situation
the night before, i had a night of 3 hrs 'normal' sleep, but last night was an 'awake all-nighter', with some relief & ease of situation gained by falling into approx. a 10 min. doze mid morning today.

Been driving now since 23.07.14 after being without my driving licence and No car for the family for over 5 years.

And it is soooo very good to have a family car & be driving again, it is a HUGE abundance / benefit within our lives and my daughter finally has the freedom to leave the House again (she has a social anxiety diagnosis)

Today during our early morning quarry dogwalk we walked along a 'Buttercup, Thistle & large daisy Tractor-trail pathway.

A bee flew infront of me for a little time.

As i am thinking words 'way through' i suddenly find my physical self in amongst lots of tree branches & getting 'battered' around the head & face

Made new , more true connections with 3 neighbour cats today - blk & wht fluff, one eye (blk) & grey.

Yesterday a cat had appreciated & thanked me by 'peeing & pooing' in the freshly dug border of my garden boundary, i was able to appreciate the message & remove it easily, without getting myself in a mess with it all

And yes, Rome just had to get WET ...by running into the pond 3 times, 3rd time going deep as to wet all his legs & belly. Think he's learnt his love of water of Tod, my Tod was always a water dog :heart:

We are also learning how to lead 'blind, deaf dog' ZEN ... Rome is learning how to chase after him to bring him back when he strays. Rome also gets my attention to let me know / realise when Zen is not keeping up or going off in the wrong direction.

Been using a branch as a stick the last two days, i love the feeling / support of 'a walking stick', also it is helpful in 'herding' Zen in the right direction,easier than using my foot.

Rome has been experimenting with 'sticks' too, i have thrown a few for him (i usually don't, because of the risk involved to the dog)

But he was so funny today carrying this large stick, Sooo proud ! :jester:

Enjoyed seeing 2 crows in the wooded area with us & also the robin perched on the fencing again today just as we were leaving the quarry. He had a small amount of white fluff in his beak :heart: xx

When i was a child he would attempt to teach me maths, it was a 'slow, difficult process' for us both, even though maths was 'my subject'

Also the other evening when i was self engaging & was internally able to hear 'spoken words', i felt the brief 'presence' of my pop (grandad), although he was not associated with any of the words i heard, he seemed to 'pop' in briefly to help me. i had began to get 'silly repetitive banter mind-talking thoughts' & his brief presence seemed to halt / change this pattern

Managed to do some gardening today :-)x

Had some nice connections with a large moth whilst using the electric hedge cutters, a harvest spider & Rome, and an old peacock butterfly, which i was able to show to my daughter.

After picking him up from the now dangerous place he had been resting in, he stayed on my hand for some time, only 'choosing' to fly away just as my daughter returned with her mob. to take his picture. He flew up into the air, towards the tree branches & the roof of our house before i lost sight of him.

Word Pattern ~ 'please don't let me go blind'

This is an interesting word pattern for me, as i'm not sure this originates from myself within this 'earth life cycle' .

I do know that my 'great' nan lost her sight for many years before she 'passed-on' & i also know that my nanna had been diagnosed with Macular degeneration (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macular_degeneration) for the latter years of her life too.

My dad also had vision issues & didn't have very good eyesight in one of his eyes from birth, this was 'apparently' blamed on a 'forceps delivery' at birth. During the later years of my father's life, he had 'mini strokes' which often affected his eyesight in permanent damaging ways. He was unable to keep his driving licence for the last few years of his life due to his eyesight not being up to the standard that was then required for driving a car at that time.

An interesting side note: ....this month i have paid out money to the charity 'Action for the Blind' (signed up to do this several weeks back)

This seems an interesting synchronicity...

Sim synchronisity;

I was sitting on the sofa in my lounge when a Jackdaw bird flew into one of the small trees in the front garden, i was in awe as i haven't seen a jackdaw in the front garden for years (that i can recall) then i realised the song playing on the T.V. advert was this one, 'Yes sir i can boogie' (an advert about Dairy-milk chocolate bars)

The timing was 'eye-catching' & i both 'got' & appreciated the 'sim set-up'. One of our neighbourhood robins flew into the same tree as the Jackdaw seconds later ... to give added umphff !

Trigger: Deciding where to put the dog bed & asking my dalmatian his opinion, it dawns on me that this dog-bed belonged to my little deceased dog Zen. It was his dog-bed, when i remembered this & connected into my memory, i felt the 'coziness, as i thought to myself 'he was my little sunshine' at which point i internally heard this song
