i am on week 7 in MAP
but i am thinking to drop map program
because now the season has become too long.......i cant stand the uncomfortableness at the back of my head
as i reach the trance part it becomes quite noticeable......
because of this i cant even give full time to each exercise like trance induction,loosening and all.....i try to rush all thing
there is a uncomfortableness or slight pain at the back of my head after staying in one position (lying down position) for long time......
i want to continue this program....i want to continue practicing MAP and i want to complete it
pls suggest some solution..
i have tried putting some clothes and even a pillow under my head but it didnt work....
