Filtering Criteria

Dear Sir...

If I becomes schyzophrenic (as sequel of disorder linked to Kundalini/meditation/energy work dynamics) ¿what filtering criteria can I follow in order to determine what is real or what is illussion ?

By example:

1 - ¿Through thought power an allucination can be changed in its geometrical configuration? A physical object of course not.

2 - ¿Illusory persons have distinctive aura/etheric surrounding them?
