Hi there,
I've been working with a technique that intends to rejuvenate the entire body and if worked on long enough is said to reverse the ageing process.
Part of the technique is based on focusing on each of the 7 chakras, plus an 8th chakara (below feet) and a 9th, 10 th, 11 and 12th chakra further above the head.
Once these chakras (8,9,10,11 and 12) are sensed, then they are to brought inside the body for the duration of the session. After this the second part of the technique takes place for an hour.
Has anyone heard of chakras 8-12 in this arrangement? These appear to be primary energy centres, just like the root, sacral, crown etc.
I have not got a lot of confidence that I'm sensing where these outside body chakras are. A lot of it is imagination and intention
The original of the technique can be found in the Supercharging book on Quantum Touch. I've been a student of the healing modality for two years and decided to work on this technique for at least an hour a day.
Thanks
Rod
