Most exit methods rely on projecting consciousness beyond the physical body. Rolling out of the body, rocking out, spinning, imagining being in another area of the room, etc. are popular exit methods.

i've noticed different results from different techniques. for instance: inducing falling is good for trance work, floating up is good for inducing an exit, side to side breaks my body awareness.

What have you noticed from different techniques?

furthermore, i've noticed a big difference in how far i project my awareness. if i project my awareness only an inch in front of my body, i get a different result than from projecting my awareness 35 feet away.

what difference does awareness projection distance make in your projection attempts? which is more likely to trigger an exit? what other effects are triggered?

thanks,
