hi guys
i have slight confusion in the circular/stirring action
i am assuming that Mr. bruce is mentioning the same action with circular and stirring motions (correct me if i am wrong)
but do i have to make a perfect circle like "O" and keep doing this
or he is saying to keep circling a point while increasing its size and when its around 2cm.....than start again from the center
and what do you imagine in this action.......paintbrush,nail,pencil,finger or anything else.....?
am i allowed to use any type of tool......?

If you haven't watched them yet, these videos help make it all very clear http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=145DC738A6E8F62E
You know, it probably wouldn't ultimately matter because, in either case, you'll move the energy and that's what it's meant to do. Chances are you'll end up improvising according to preference anyway.:D

your mind is the tool so imagine using whatever is easiest to visualize.

sometimes i play around though, i have to admit. sometimes i imagine holding a frog by it's back legs and stir it around while it hops through my energy body. makes things fun and challenges my imagination.

thanks guys
and whats this blue energy ball technique which can be used in place of sponge.....? pls explain me
i mean like take an example of thumb.......
do you imagine a blue ball around thumb or indide the thumb......?
i am assuming that my thumb is hollow (which is necessary for sponging action) and now i have two choices......either i can imagine the energy ball within the pipe(hollow thumb) or i can imagine that the ball is surrounding the thumb(here the ball is surrounding the thumb but its energy is inside too, i mean its inside too)
which one is right.........?

Hi SR.
Since the energy ball is a substitute for the sponge, it follows that it's supposed to be used on the inside for prestimulation or "sponging".
But it's perfectly ok to imagine it being a little bigger than the finger or thumb of your example, and having the stimulation be on the inside and outside of it at the same time. In fact, this tech. is used later when doing more advanced techniques, and some bounces.

hi cft
is there any article or something where Mr. Bruce explains this blue energy ball method......?
and if you are using this method.....can you explain it in detail.......? pls
i know i have to use ball instead of sponge but this info doesnt seem enough......pls tell me in detail......just like the original sponging method is explained by author
and what type of sensations do you feel with this method.......

There is, but I don't see it at the moment. Did you check the videos (http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=145DC738A6E8F62E)? This is the best I can do ATM.

hmmmmmm
btw cft in sponging action which surface do you try to clean.....?
i mean first you imagine that the limb is hollow but that limb has 4 sides.......i dont think its possible to clean all at once.......
so on which side it is recommended to focus......?

btw cft in sponging action which surface do you try to clean.....? All of it. Not a surface, the area.

so on which side it is recommended to focus......? I do all the inside at once, and I start the outside surfaces in whatever side I want. There is no 'first' side- it's just a surface.

thanks
btw i have one doubt
in day 5 Mr. bruce is asking to do this
"Use wide brushing and sponging actions
to stimulate all your toes."

but should i brush from side to side (little toe to big toe) or from tip of all toes to base.....?

Start out side to side and then when you're done with toes move on up and down to the rest of your foot.
