This info can help the aspiring Kundalini practitioner immensely. Terminologies aside- those who practice these exercises will eventually, help you to procure a Kundalini arousal/awakening.

[I]In my reality- the lesser kan li is 'similar' to a kundalini arousal- and the greater/greatest as a full blown activation. I believe the late Dr Glenn Morris might agree with me here...

Many will disagree.

However, China and India have some conflicting terms in regard to our Western ideologies.

In that sense- use what works for you, terminologies aside- just don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.

In the Western world- Kundalini has gone Mainstream. It is getting Commercialized. Shaktipat has become a fast food drive-thru instant gratification enlightenment for those "on the go"

Not sure if that is good lol

In the 1970's...we had Gopi Khrishna- that was about it.
Was rough then- but purer, IMO

Drugs are smashing open doors to instant enlightenment- again- not too sure that is good without preparing the vessel.

So I offer the link above- it might help you considerably in preparing your vessel.

You've read the doctors material? Have you attended his KAP taught by himself or one of his students?

KAP is used as a generic term these days- made famous by the late Ninja, Dr. Morris, and those who now run it- through Tantra.

I'm familiar with Bruce' materials, but I do not need a KAP course now- I could have used one 20 years ago though lol
