It depends on having it on your own or having it with someone else.

In the first case I get very physically and mentally tired, but not energetically. I mean, I can "release" and my inner energy flows go on flowing without any problem. Ie, I could do a complete NEW session with no blockages. But, my body gets exhausted and my mind goes a bit dull.

In the second one, I thing there's some sort of energy sharing, because I feel overenergized (a kind of a door opens, because I usually feel the urge to go on f**ing). But, in what it's related to inner energy I get a little disconnected (I need some time to recover the control of my inner currents), but my physical and mental abilities get to their peak.

Ah, yes. That. Hadn't thought about it (in the context of the question), but yes, I often get that effect, too. It's like it kind of shook the dust off (so to speak). ;)

I think you should take this with a grain of salt- tantra is about manifesting in the physical through discipline (some would say from the nonphysical potential state), and statements that are biological may be true in a factual sense or may be symbolic- so I'd ask a biological specialist about this, because frankly it doesn't sound right to me.

well, china always discouraged reproduction due to overpopulation, so of course it must be taken slightly. Thus the reason I asked others for their opinion. However, many athletes will abstain prior to a big event. Casual sex as opposed to tantric/sex magick for a purpose/Will, with a resonating freq. partner are also factors to be considered.

I've heard this one too but so far i haven't really noticed any difference in quality or amount of energy based on ejaculating vs not ejaculating.

Lots of old school theories out there. Another one i've heard is that if you run energy in the opposite direction, from up to down that it makes you gay. That is a silly one.

I have tremendeous pain and pusation in the vertebra at heart hight....and little less pulsation in the rest of the vertebraes. But it might be the chakras?? Do you also feel it in the vertebraes??
