I hurt my right shoulder yesterday during yoga exercises and I'm using a sling and ice today along with Ibuprofen, wheatgrass, alfalfa, and barley grass to try to get the inflammation down. Last night while in trance I did energy work concentrating solely on my shoulder while icing it. I used spongeing, brushing inside, and a white energy ball back and forth and sometimes drawing from the bottom and ending with the right shoulder. Any suggestions on a more effective method? Thanks in advance:)
