Hi.

I'm extremely sensitive to noise and almost everything can wake me up while sleeping.
So for years i'm sleeping with earplugs.
I was wondering if this has any effect on exit symptoms.
Because some nights i could sense some strong vibrations in my head which resemble hammering from the inside out.
And i was wondering maybe using ear plugs blocks some sort of energy that is supposed to come out of the ears :) (I know it sound funny even to myself but still i have this question in my mind...)

Thanks
Rafael

I sleep with earplugs (have for more years I can remember) and it has never interfered with anything OBE related for me. Sure, when you first put them on you hear your heartbeat in your head, but you get used to it and it becomes background noise like 'regular background noise' you get with natural hearing.

i had the same issues with noise, so tried wearing my earplugs to bed...the result was dreams of pulling stuff out of my ears...stuff that never seemed to end...like pulling rubbery goo out, and ne moatter how much i pulled out, there was always more to come...

still, don't let that put you off trying  :P

Ok Neil if I start having weird ear dreams I know who to blame.
