Maybe this may sound a bit weird but I found a way to stabilize the kundalini really good. It has to do with archangel Michael and Rafael and probably some other angels as well.
My mother had argued that I could not keep a plant in my room. Today my mother gave me a plant, more exactly this plant:

My mother had said something about that the leaves had to be thick but I think she mentioned wide.
I felt as if a very hot entity came by my side. My spine started to get very very hot rising into the back of the head. The head pressure started dissipated. The schizophrenia symptoms also drastically dissipated.
I know that green has to do with Rafael and that was the impression I got also.
She also specifically said that my blue walls had to do with Michael. My whole bed is blue and I don't feel that I'm heeling so much unless I lie in the bed.
My councioussness increased quite a bit since about a week ago.
Where is Bruce btw?

My head started to spark a lot about where the hair is when I lifted up my head from my pillow :). I have also gotten some weird sensation in the head.
