I do dream about things that will happen to me specially bad things that will affect my life before they happen.
My dad was like that, but i only remeber when it's happening or when i'm going to see it happen and most of the time it's too late, i wish i could read them and keep them to avoid all this bad things happeneing now that i remeber dreaming about.
Any suggestions?

Hello, demsy11.

Are these dreams literal? (Like the scene happens in waking life the same way.)

Or are they coded in symbols? (So that you have trouble to understand what events are actually meant.)

Cheers,
Oliver

Any suggestions? I'm not sure about the question. You wish you could read them? You mean interpret them?

Ok for example , i did dream about me working with a mate, then things turned bad, but for me it was only a dream you know. 4 months after wen we where working together i was happy to join him, then things turned to ♥♥♥♥ like in the dream i lost my job.
the dreams are happening like in real life, but in the morning i only remember very small part of it, then when it's happening i start to remember all but it's always to late.
For example my dad had a dream that he will have an accident , a car accident, he traveled even when he knew the dream wasnt just a dream and it happened to him but not as bad as in the dream.
SO I DON'T KNOW IF I HAVE TO DEVELLOPE THE DREAM FOR THEM TO BE MORE CLEAR SO I WILL NOT GET CAUGTH INTO THIS AGAIN.
BECAUSE IT'S UPSETING TO KNOW THAT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED 3 MONTHS BEFORE IT HAPPEN

Keep a notebook near your bed (or on it) and write three keywords that have to do with the dream as soon as you open your eyes. Then write what you remember. The next morning look at it and see if you can get more information (recall) about the dream.
Maintain this as a practice- get used to doing this all the time, make it part of your routine. Then keep a dream journal (here or anywhere, or privately). This will help improve recall and you will see patterns as they arise.

Oh, and please don't shout.
Thankies.
