Meditation Training Video

Hey guys and gals I looking for some advice on a really good "how to" training video on kundalini and general meditation video. My wife is finally looking into relaxation and self discovery. My question is where can I find good training, preferably in the area of kundalini?

Well, I don't have a video, but I have a really good audio clip that's def worth sharing. It's called "meeting feelings", made by the teacher Satyananda. It's a good way to process your emotions and get a clearer perception in situations in life which might been seen as difficult for you. Personally it's the main meditation I use for dealing with K.
