How to release blocked emotional energy?

Hi Robert, I have a lot of blocked emotional energy in me, and I don't really know what to do about it (or even how to access it).

Would you happen to know anything about releasing blocked emotions?

I would advise a multi-pronged approach. A good psychologist will help enormously, as will energy work, core image work, and affirmations.

Energy work and spoken affirmations are the most direct approach, but consider the other methods too.
