screaming upon obe exit

Hello Robert. Why do I scream during my obe exit. My consciousness hears a part of me scream and then I seem to instinctually know to match the same tone as that scream in order to exit my physical body. Nobody in the house hears me screaming.

However, if this 'scream' is not a scream, but a buzzing type tone, this may be a sound that is associated with the astral. Some people can tune into this 'called, the ambient sound' and use it to get out of body.
