energy work

I have been working on the energy work methods given in astral dynamics and have a question about some od the sensations felt. I usually get this "charged" feeling when working with my limbs and feet and was wondering if it is a normal thing to be felt. it almost feels like the is some kind of static alectricity in my limbs that appears usually withing 5-10 minutes of starting the energy work.

Hello eric. Robert has answered this question many times in his online works- but yes, this is normal.
