Energy rising directly to the navel

For the last few nights, I don't know why, when I raise energy, I can store it directly to the navel without the use of my legs and arms to raise it. Just breathing in and then when I breathe out it goes to my navel.

Could someone please explain what is happening.

You're supposed to store it thereabouts. So it's possible you have started a flow. The purpose of the prestimulation is to improve the flow and to get maximum feedback, so maybe you're just flowing.
