Hi Robert, can someone out of body moves physical objects like a poltergeist? Are poltergeist human spirits , or could they be other types of spirits?

This can be done. It requires a strong real time OBE. It also requires a trained mind, or natural PK ability.

x human spirits and ghosts can develop this ability. Other types of spirit entity can also have this ability.

A poltergeist is not really a particular type of spirit. This term define's a spirit entity's behavior. 'Noisy Ghost' meaning an unseen spirit entity that is noisy, moves and breaks and vanishes things, and sometimes starts fires.
