I used to speak to you via email about 10 years ago. I had some success back then with projection and lucid dreaming, but I have left it alone since. now I feel I want to explore it again, I can drop into trance quite easily now as I have done trance mediumship and other bits.
My question is, I have astral dynamics(i bought it back in a bout 2002/3 something like that) is it a good idea to get your revised edition or do I have most stuff in my original copy of the book.
Good to see your presence is stronger than ever on the net, I liked your honesty and wealth of experience on this subject :D
