Hi, I just finished day 4 of MAP and it says that the feet can have strong sensations associated with them. Well, I can feel my awareness moving up and down my toes. It get easier to feel, and almost automatic, after I do it a couple times. But, the sensations are very subtle. It feels kind of like a sock is being put on and taken off my feet. Nothing very strong.

Am I doing it wrong, or maybe should I take more time with this until I start feeling stronger sensations? Or is this normal?

I just want to validate that I'm on the right track.

Sounds like you are coming along fine. You've made the initial connection and can feel some tingling. The more you work on your feet, the more you will feel.
From my own experience, I will say that tingling is good in the beginning... keep working with the feet but feel free to move on up the leg.
Don't bash yourself over the head trying to get your feet to catch fire or turn into balls of chi. It will be more important in the coming days for you to find and work with the areas of your energy body which are unresponsive.... the feet seem to be responding nicely.
