Hello Mr. Bruce,

I have vitiligo ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitiligo ) on my neck, bigger and smaller white dots and I want to ask you sir if u know how to cure this, i want to bring back my dark skin pigment. So please can u tell me some good affirmations what I can use for my problem, or u may know some other way...please help...thanks

'my skin is perfect'

'the skin on my neck grows healthier every day'

in order for these to work you must see your skin as being perfect now

never talk about this condition, and if asked about it say 'the skin on my neck gets better every day'

I am not a doctor but one my friend has also has vitiligo problem and he is using monobenzone cream for the treatment of vitigio. So you may also use it.
