Hi Robert, first of all I want to say thanks for the Rapido Technique! It's really highlighting some blockages/attachment-points which I wasn't overtly aware of before and after doing it I feel fantastic and sometimes get the urge to run and jump around.
My question is that when I do Rapido I sometimes feel the sharp pain sensations in other parts of my body, elbows and wrists in particular even though I'm only doing the technique on my legs/feet as advised. Would you advise doing it on the arms/hands as well or does the legs/feet deal with the whole body by kind of draining the other body attachments or something?
Cheers!
