(NB he is not claiming that the images of the Obsever are "real", he re-created the events in order to share them - but the videos of the Light phenomena are actual, real-time)

I did a 'very' rough translation of the page, for those that might want to know what it says.

Rough Translation to the page entitled "Orbital Vision"

"The showing of the Investigative Work connected to "El Observador" (The Observer) is in the process of being published, so updates to this presentation are constantly being made. Because of this, the site asks to please do not reproduce fragments of the material until the complete case exposition is concluded.

What is presented is a visual synthesis of the experience, which in the future will have various modules added to it since this is a very complex case. At the moment such modules are being shown in a synthesyzed way but will be fleshed out permanently in the future.

Configuration of the Form
This module attempts to define what The Observer might represent, since it's configuration can only be illustrated within the Xenomorphic descriptive types that are available, and it's framing cannot be categorically definitive, since Christian Soldano, who was the direct experiencer in the manifestation infers that the Observer did not seem to be definable as an entity, since it's metamorphic capacity developed though displacement processes in height (altitude) like an airform (balloonlike object?) at the moment it is not clear how it can change....

The complexity that illustrates the morphological configuration of the observer invites the detailed working of each segment, these graphics illustrate various details observed thorugh the 14.3 hours in a compeltely clear day with a visual distance of 4/5 meters (approx). which is why the descriptive focus of observation was detailed and precise.

The structural segments presented focus on well marked morphological aspects, the texture of the observer is definable (according to Soldano's references) as a very rough outside cover that is described as pearly white, like a membrane comparable to the texture of a dry silicone tire, in regards to its transparency, density and visibility.
This state of diffuse translucency allowed the observation of a series of lines in different colors that covered the whole Observer body and seemed to be part of the membrane but with the appearance of others (veins) that seemed to be deeper inside it. It can be described as wires/cabling or veins/arteries under a diffuse membrane but it's only a visual description.
The structure was seen close up in direct sunlight showing a nonreflective surface, the pigmentation being pearly white with an effect of organic transparency and it seemed to be colored this way throughout all of it's 'flesh'. The exterior membrane seemed to contain microtextured porosity. Nothing in this changed for the time it was observed, and it did not move or articulate internally in the time it was watched, as a living being would.
It does not appear to have been a projected figure, as it was solid, not transparent.

It was observed from a distance of 4 or 5 meters and the 'observer' module appears to gyrate towards the witness as a response to thought, positioning itself in front of the witness for a about two or three minutes. The vegetation in the back contrasts from the Observer and make the figure easier to analyze.

Controlled Aproximation
The interaction between Soldano and the Observer is not an isolated event, but the point of encounter is the result of many previous sightings, in which each time the airform seemed to get closer to the witness, showing possible intelligent control of the object.

Flight Mechanics
This module will establish the metamorphic structural cycle that the Observer developed based on videos from the sightings taken by Christian Soldano of the same, in the future.

Modulation of the Phenomenon
This segment will explore more complex areas in relation to the thought/emotional transference in relation to the witness (such as a Rote or Download) and will be called 'Modulation' to this transference which includes visual and emotional aspects and how it connected to and affected the witnesses' lives.
This close encounter with the Observer constituted for Soldano the maximum experience of any UFO encounter, and the event implied such an external complexity and exemplified the fusion of two fragmented realities, connecting in one point in spacetime, where everything stops and the controlling intelligence manifests under an indefinite but real configuration, and it will illustrate the profound effect on Soldano after these encounters- his life was forever changed and he has integrated these experiences knowing he has crossed a "Point of No Return" and everything isn't what it used to be, and at ehe same time being a phenomenon or experience too difficult to describe...."

Maybe my translation wasn't clear? The pictures are artistic renditions of what the experiencer described in his accounts. They are an artistic/technical gallery that illustrate the thingies that he chose to call "Observers" that apparently visited and interacted with this guy Christian Soldano, like an art gallery of UFO inspired art, that focuses on this one guy's accounts.

yes, that does clear it up. i for one agree, observance of us is always from above going on. this coupled with observance from within each, provides our inescapability of being human.

native american peoples, to include south america, have always seen the sky and whatever is in it, as observational. so many stories depict this interaction between people and the sky, through rituals and ceremonies, these often attributed as spiritual gifts from that which observes from the sky.

at what point in our history that this open interactive window closed, i think has to do with how the americas, even australia, were invaded by peoples lost of their origin stories so long that they had no present relative connection to the bigger picture that was yet held by aboriginal peoples and in that invading ignorance it was thought/seen to be evil by a greater ignorance assuming itself to be good.

however, i feel that regardless of the images implanted toward this masking of that which observes, there is only that which is human, be it observed in glimpses by ourselves, or be it in observation, or be it secretly dwelling under our feet deeper in as mystery. it is one body of, being human.

thank you for the translation, i can only imagine the chore involved in trying not to lose the 'core' of it in that translation.
